Three days before beginning treatments clients are advised to drink at least 2 liters of water per day. This is so that the Ultrasound and Radio Frequency waves can target water molecules under the skins surface and so the more that are available the more successful the treatment will be. It is also advisable to do the same for 3 days after the treatment.
The treatment is fairly relaxing and pain-free. First, an in-depth consultation will take place during which a treatment plan will be discussed and tailored to your own specific needs. We will record your measurements required and ask you to sit or lie down depending on what area is to be treated.
